Get well card

I have made this for one of the children at work who is in hospital and hopefully this will make her smile. Also made a craft parcel for when she gets home.



Ingredients used - paper smooches ' chubby chum pals ' stamp set. Circle and scallop nesties, distress ink - spun sugar, cc designs ' bubble border' and ribbon,card and paper from stash
Also have entered this into a challenge over at Docrafts x

Paper pack storage and stash haul

Hi all,nearly forgot to add my project from the last Bristol craft meet. It's always a good day,lots of laughter,great company, food and even some crafting lol.
We had the choice to make a 6 x 6 paper pack holder or a 8 x 8 paper holder and these can be easily adjusted for another size or hold maybe embossing folders.








Ingredients used - mount board,gum tape (amazing stuff and better than wet glue) acrylic paint, papermania papers and ribbon stolen from Angie
This one is a gift and am now making one for father in law to keep by his phone for all his bits of paper, bills etc.
There is a tutorial hereand Sue kindly tweaked it and made a PDF which made it a dream to make.




Thought you might like to see my recent craft shopping but now need to be good and save for the Taunton show. Stash was brought at the Range, Joanna Sheen, (lotv stamp friend picked up at Ally Pally for me) and Mymumscraftshop which has just reopened. Looking forward to going back there as fell in love with the funny stamps (yellow packaging in pic) she stocks from America.




And lastly this is a desk (fab bargain) I picked up on the way home for the amazing price of £10 and its in excellent condition. In main bedroom for now and waiting to go in craft room to use for cricut machine etc when bed goes but son has already got his eye on it for his room lol.
Right off to finish the housework and then some crafting.x

Haven't crocheted for ages but enjoyed this though took me ages to sew it together!

A box for Angie

Hi all,this is a box I made for Angie to go with her card from the previous post.


Filled it up with some yummy chocolates for Angie to munch whilst she crafts



Used 1st edition 'spring feast' papers,spun sugar distress ink,la la land 'heart banner' die,ribbon, tag and card from stash,studio g abc stamp set.

Happy Birthday Angie

Well this card is for a special lady and buddy of mine and I have the pleasure of meeting regularly to craft with and pleased that she liked it.



Sweet pea ' purple woods' stamp and coloured with promarkers. 1st edition 'summer breeze' papers, distressed edges and used tea dye distress ink. Stamped greeting and layered up. Ribbon,pins, flowers and pearls from my stash.
Not being a good blogger at the moment as we are so busy at work at the moment so worn out by the time I get home but had a fun day at Bristol on Sunday so will post my project I made next.
Off to finish tea and then will do do some hopping later x

New goodies from LOTV

Well after a very kind docrafter Sandra pointed out that Lilyofthevalley has some new sketch pads in that I had to go and have a look and yes I succumbed,oh I am so weak lol



The pads are so cute and the images printed on super glossy card which is a dream to colour on and of course the stamp fell in my basket too!
Shall be back tomorrow with a card made with my new stamp.x
