WOYWW - a crafty desk and finished kitchen :)

Hello all, well that week has zoomed by and its time to show our desks to the bloggers who have come here via the lovely Julias blog over at Stamping Ground and at last i have been able to get crafty as my kitchen refit is finished. So yesterday morning this was my desk in the midst of making my first card in two weeks!

So on my desk you can see my beloved promarkers with the new autumn colours (which are lush), colour charts, twine,a jar of mini shells picked up when shopping, unfinished box album (hope to rectify that this week), dst,ink pad, freebie stamps, dies on magnet sheet, nearly finished card (you can see finished card here ), distress inks and holders, green gloves (for hands when achy) and the metal drawers contains card scraps and my ottlite. Now i need to get on making a ATC for a woywwer and some tags. Below is some photos of my completed kitchen so feel free to move on now if you are blog hopping.
my new chicken blind

clock has a timer in the hope i dont burn the dinner anymore...lol

my mum made the notice board :)

dresser is our home office area

So at last its finished and only two boxes of paperwork to go back in the dresser and my kitchen is done,a few dramas on the way like two leaks and rewiring of the electrics! but got there. My next project is the craft room where i am having a work top installed and going to have a serious clear out and be ruthless so watch this space. Right off to visit your blogs now, have a good day all,x

  2. Lovely - we are having a new floor in our kitchen (hopefully next week) and I am both looking forward to it and DREADING it! But it'll be nice when it's done!

Interesting to see another fridge covered with stuff - the first few houses we lived in in the UK had fitted kitchens with everything clad in wood - I was LOST without my magnetic fridge-door!

    Enjoy!
