Happy Birthday Teresa

Hi all,well this is for a special lady who makes the most gorgeous cards so hope she likes this one. You can find her over at her blog here. This card is very different for me but i enjoyed making it and as its her birthday today i can now post it here for you to see.

DCWV ' adhesive paper pack' paper
pearls and lace from stash
I also added a greeting but forgot to take a picture of that bit....oops
