Mugs for Christmas

Well this week has certainly gone slow!! So looking forward to the weekend after a busy week at work. Anyway I managed to decorate some mugs for my staff the other night. Mugs from Wilkinsons, used alpha letters but you can use other sticky letters and then went mad with the sharpies. Then you just peel off your letters and whack in the oven on a baking tray on high for 30mins. Loads of tutorials out there in blog land :-)

Word of caution make sure you DON'T TOUCH the design when out of the oven as it will smudge, yep I found that out but least it was on my first trial mug and they will stay warm for a while.
You can't put them in the dishwasher but other than that they should last for a while. I will be adding some Snowman Soup and wrapping in cellophane for the finishing touches.
