WOYWW...........nothing...boo hoo :(

Well seeing as i cant craft at the moment (craft room full of boxes etc) decided i would get my crafty fix this way by joining in Julia's weekly blog hop otherwise known as WOYWW and show you the latest pics of my kitchen refit. If this is not your thing i totally understand and will hopefully see you next week :)
So the cupboards have gone in now, doors to be adjusted last apparently!

Worktop is all shiny and new

but the cupboards are smaller!

So this is why i am not crafting at moment and hopefully all done by friday, you can see more pictures on my earlier post here. Still lots to do and as i type this Colin the electrician is fitting a new extractor fan and light. Didnt have electricity for long yesterday so no wifi and know hes going to be switching off again for a while so i will get to you asap if you pay me a visit, my iphone is charged ready....lol
Hope you are all enjoying the sunshine, see you soon,x
UPDATE- all electrics done for now, need a new part (dont we all....lol) so of i go to visit your desks,x

  1. Bet you can't wait to get at that stove, and into those cupboards to put things away. When a kitchen's getting done the whole house seems in uproar.

  4. I shouldnt worry about visiting too much, specially on the phone, so small and fiddly! It will be worth the hassle...looking really good already. One thing about switching off the leccy is that you can't be making Colin shed loads of tea!!

  18. So bright and pretty! Well, you know, if you're working up to a new kitchen, that can be worth a few days away from the arty workdesk?

  23. The new kitchen is coming along nicely and there is always something that doesn't go right. Darn that part that's needed. It will be worth it in the end though. Don't forget to send the pictures when it's finished.
    Have a great week.

Thanks for your lovely comment, and I don't suppose I'll ever get round all the desks again - it was a challenge, but a great sense of achievement when it was done, with about five minutes to go till midnight last night lol!!

Glad you enjoyed my annotated photo this week. Serial killer? I could MURDER a bowl of cornflakes...

  30. Thanks for stopping by this week. I’m so late getting round to everyone again but better late than never!

I think that kitchens and bathrooms are the worst to have decorated because they cause so much upheaval, so I really feel for you Kay but judging by your latest pictures it’s all coming together very nicely and looking fab. Hope you’re floor is done by now!

Well I don’t know when it will be but when you eventually get your craft room back to yourself…….
    Happy Crafting!

  32. Just been looking at your kitchen pictures, it was well worth the wait and looks great...when we moved to where we are, there wasn.t a 'real' kitchen, so we made do, years later, its still not a real kitchen, but I can dream!
